A competitive fee is charged at closing, if we provide you with a successful match. If a seller is matched to a broker with a match, the seller negotiates fees with the broker. The broker pays us a standard referral fee and the seller owes us nothing and can also receive help with closing costs or a gift from us at closing. Buyers matched to brokers pay no commission unless otherwise negotiated!
